Our company’s involvement in the FastMRI project was an exciting opportunity for us to contribute to cutting-edge research in the field of medical imaging. As a team, we developed and implemented notebooks to visualize the preprocessing steps and reconstruct the MRI images.

One of our key contributions to the FastMRI project was training a U-Net model with customized preprocessing to enhance metrics such as PSNR, SSIM, and NMSE. This allowed us to gain practical experience in machine learning and deep learning techniques and understand their application to medical imaging.
